The main frame is made of aluminum and the forks of cro-moly; it is equipped with 7-speed, wide ratio, Sram X4 gears with a 1:1 cable pull ratio. You state that it is designed for children of 6+ years old and that each bike weighs 9kg (19 lbs.) in total.

The applicable classification subheading for the Beinn 20 Large bicycle will be 8712.00.1510, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Bicycles … , not motorized: Bicycles having both wheels not exceeding 63.5 cm in diameter: Having both wheels not exceeding 50 cm in diameter.” The rate of duty will be 11%.
